I started my journey into therapy as I had suffered with depression, and PTSD for many years. I also suffered anxiety, panic attacks, and OCD. Having been through other forms of therapy, that I felt was of no help for me, I stumbled upon an article about Hypnosis and what it could achieve. I booked an appointment with a Hypnotherapist, and my journey began. Hypnotherapy totally changed my life for the better, and in doing so I then decided that this was the career path I wanted to follow.
Within Six months of finishing my therapy I had enrolled, and started on the Professional Practitioner Hypnotherapy Course, at the Essex Institute. I was lucky enough to be in the very last class taught by the world renowned Terence Watts.
The Essex Institute where I trained is one of the very few schools of Hypnotherapy that has the true legal right to term itself an "institute", after approval by the UK Government. The UK Secretary of State gave his permission as a result of the institute being able to show that they are at the forefront of the field of teaching of hypnotherapy, involved in high-level research, and also provide training materials for many other schools in the UK and world wide.
I have never looked back, and I have gone from strength to strength.
I continue to study what I do, taking classes, going to seminars, and continually reading about my craft. It is a constant learning process for me, of which I am fully competent.
I have been in your shoes, I have had the therapies I offer done on myself, and I also do them on myself. I know exactly how it feels, to be on the other side of therapy, and the help that it can provide. Now please allow me to help you.
Once you take that first step, you will never look back.
